When the part is a common one, we can often handle the repair or swap quickly; if a special unit needs to be ordered, your technician will walk you through the best path and the price before anything begins.

Standard family home?
A 40–50 gallon tank is the usual fit; 75 gallon for larger homes or big soaking tubs.
Water heaters are rated by heating power — in BTUs for gas, kilowatts for electric — with higher numbers meaning faster heating. An average residential gas unit runs about 35,000–45,000 BTUs, while commercial gas units run considerably higher. On the electric side, an average residential unit uses about 5 kW (5,000 watts), and a commercial electric unit is closer to 12 kW (12,000 watts), though there can be a lot of variation. We'll size yours to your home and hot-water demand.

What types of water heaters do you work on?
Tanked, tankless, electric, and hybrid heat-pump — residential and commercial, in all major brands. We both repair and replace.
Can you replace mine the same day?
Often, yes, for common units. We carry common parts and can advise at your free estimate; if a specific unit needs ordering, we'll give you the timeline and price up front.
Should I go tankless, electric, or hybrid?
Tankless is great if you want to save space. Electric and hybrid heat-pump units pair especially well with solar and can lower your utility bill — you typically size up for recovery time. We'll help you decide.
Do you work on boilers?
Not at this time — we aren't able to service boilers. For tanked, tankless, electric, and hybrid water heaters, though, we're your team.
